“The 2022 Pas de Deux Dance Photography Conference is being held from Thursday evening, February 24, to Sunday evening, February 27, at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas.

Professional dance photographers, hobbyists, part-timers and beginners alike are welcome. We will celebrate dance photographers, get inspired, learn to grow our studios, meet valuable reps from our partner businesses and make friends.

This conference is for those just starting out, for freelancers, and for  veteran photography studio owners. We support photographers working with small town dance schools, suburban studios and major professional companies - and everyone in between. Learn studio lighting, posing, dance terms, workflow, marketing, and more.

Thursday night starts with the announcement of the 2022 Pas de Deux Dance Photography winners and finalists.  

Pas de Deux 2022 is full of opportunities for indoor and outdoor shooting with dancer models. There are photographer-led  photo walks, optional off-site and on-site sunrise and golden hour shoots, and individual dancer model check outs.
